Looks like we have another rider on the roster for this weekend’s round of Pro Motocross at High Point. Ken Roczen, of the HEP / Progressive Insurance / ECSTAR Suzuki team, has confirmed his entry for round four in the 450MX class. With much of the field out due to injury, this could be a great showing for Roczen. No word at the moment if he’ll contest in other rounds as he is already confirmed for the 2023 World Supercross Championship which begins later this summer.
He finished fourth overall in the 2022 season with one overall victory at Thunder Valley. This is Roczen’s first outdoor race on a Suzuki since he won the 2016 AMA Pro Motocross Championship on the RCH Suzuki team.
“Race Hog for HP”, Roczen posted on Instagram with a photo of his Suzuki RM-Z450. “Father’s Day weekend. Racing is a must!”. His team continued the confirmation saying “Who else is pumped @kenroczen94 is racing High Point Saturday!?”. Roczen is on the entry list for this weekend’s round four of the 2023 Pro Motocross Championship from High Point Raceway in Mount Morris, Pennsylvania.
