The 2021 N.J. Top Workplaces deadline for entry has just been extended to Dec. 11.
Now more than ever it’s important to celebrate the good in the world, and NJ.com’s annual New Jersey Top Workplaces event does exactly that. The exclusive celebration gives your organization the opportunity to gain valuable recognition, increase employee engagement, attract and retain top talent, and transform its culture with data-based insights. 
Nominating your company for a Top Workplaces award is a simple process, and the deadline for entry has just been extended to Dec. 11.
Here’s what you need to know about the process:
- Any organization with 50 or more employees in New Jersey is eligible to participate (can be public, private, nonprofit, government)
- Workplaces are evaluated by their employees using a short, 24-question survey.
- Employees will be surveyed through December.
- Energage, the research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 50+ markets and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 7,000 organizations in the past year.
- Final nomination deadline is Dec. 11, 2020.
