There’s still time to enter Temecula’s fourth annual Halloween Home Decorating Contest.
The city of Temecula is collaborating with the city of Murrieta to host this year’s contest. Each city will select a winner in each of four categories — scariest, most Humorous, most original and best theme, according to a news release.
People may enter individual homes or enter as a neighborhood, and the public will choose one overall winner from each city. Entry is free.
Registration deadline is Oct. 23, and photos must be submitted for judging by Oct. 26. Photos must be of front yards only. Decorations in back yards or indoors will not be judged.
To enter the Temecula contest, go to TemeculaCA.gov/register. For Murrieta, go to MurrietaCA.gov.
