Grand Larceny / Unlawful Entry
***ARREST***
April 1, 2022
On March 21, 2022 City of Fairfax Police responded to 3301 Old Pickett Road, Dry Mill Materials, in reference to a theft of over $100,000 worth of construction equipment. Investigation revealed that the suspect gained entry into the business using the code to the rear gate padlock before proceeding to remove the equipment from the property.
On March 31, 2022 the Criminal Investigations Division arrested Rui Coelho Domingues, 54, of Falls Church for two counts of Grand Larceny (18.2-95) and one count of Unlawful Entry (18.2-121). Domingues was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was released on an unsecured bond.
