CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Ohio bottle lottery featuring the Pappy Van Winkle and Buffalo Trace Antique Collection is scheduled to open next week.
Entries will be accepted beginning at 12:01 a.m. Monday, Dec. 7, through 11:59 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14. You can enter online.

• Old Rip Van Winkle 10-year, $69.99
• Van Winkle Special Reserve 12-year, $79.99
• Pappy Van Winkle 15-year, $119.99
• Pappy Van Winkle 20-year, $198.98
• Pappy Van Winkle 23-year, $299.99
Buffalo Trace Antique Collection:
• George T. Stagg, $99.99
• Sazerac Rye 18-year, $99.99
• Eagle Rare 17-year, $99.99
• William Larue Weller, $99.99
• Thomas H. Handy, $99.99
Being selected doesn’t mean winning a free bottle. It means you have the right to buy a bottle. Entrants can go to OHLQ.com and submit name, address (must match address on your Ohio I.D.), email address, phone number, Driver’s license number and birth date. Select the lottery you are entering and the Ohio Liquor location where you would like to purchase your bottle. Entrants will receive a six-digit number; winners will be emailed in early January, with winners list posted online as well.
The lottery is the state’s disbursement of its annual allotment of limited-edition bottles. They are doled out to state-licensed liquor agencies throughout Ohio. The lottery has drawn more than 70,000 entrants in the past for a single lottery.
