Disorderly conduct, Center Ridge Road
On Jan. 12 at 2:15 p.m. a customer at Arby’s was reportedly acting violently toward workers and was trying to enter the restaurant through the drive-up window. Officers later learned that the 19-year-old woman from Cleveland became upset about sauces and then later about her order. The woman was told that she cannot return to Arby’s. No charges were filed.
Theft, Center Ridge Road
On Jan. 14 at 3:45 p.m. a theft occurred at Giant Eagle and the suspect left in a car. Because of the dangerous actions of the driver in the parking lot and then on Center Ridge Road (speeds in excess of 85 mph), the pursuit was terminated. Items stolen from Giant Eagle totaled $566. Officers are currently investigating and have information on a possible suspect. Charges are pending.
Fraud, Center Ridge Road
On Jan. 15 a corporate employee from Lady Jane’s Haircuts for Men reported that a former employee had altered several checks and fraudulently deposited them into a personal account. The employee had taken checks and changed dates and/or check numbers on several occasions. The detective bureau is investigating and charges are pending.
