VEGAS (July 8, 2022) - The Vegas Golden Knights made six selections as part the 2022 NHL Entry Draft in Montreal, Quebec, securing four forwards, one defenseman and one goaltender. Below is a full list of the team's draft selections.
The new Golden Knights draft picks are expected to be in attendance next week at the team's 2022 Development Camp presented by Martin-Harris Construction. Admission for the camp's on-ice sessions, which take place at City National Arena from July 11-16, is free. A full roster for Development Camp will be announced soon.
2nd Round, Pick 48
Matyas Sapovaliv, Forward

The Golden Knights made two trades of draft picks on Friday:
- VGK acquired the 79th choice, used to select Gustafson, from Toronto in exchange for picks 95 and 135
- VGK acquired the 128th choice, used to select Whitehead, from Montreal in exchange for a fourth-round selection in 2023
