A panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsors will review the eligible Entries received during the Contest Period and select one (1) winner (“Winner”) based on the following judging criteria: Originality (50%) and Appropriateness to the Theme (50%). Winner will be notified by direct message and/or comment on Winner’s Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Sponsors’ decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of Winner and substitution of Prize, cannot be appealed. Estimated retail value of Prize is two hundred dollars ($200). Actual retail value may vary. All details of Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsors.
