LAKEWOOD, Ohio –
Disorderly conduct: Spring Garden Avenue
A woman called the police at 10:15 p.m. Feb. 27 to report an unknown man just attempted to open her front door. She said he left in an unknown direction. Two minutes later, the woman called to report the suspect was now at her rear door. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Criminal damaging: Woodward Avenue
A woman contacted police on Feb. 26 to report the rear window of her vehicle, which had been parked in the street, was broken out.
Disorderly conduct: Madison Avenue
Police received a call at 1:42 a.m. March 4 about a fight taking place on Madison Avenue. Officers arrested an adult male for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Breaking and entering: Berea Road
Officers at 11:30 a.m. March 4 receive a report of a storage locker being broken into at a storage facility.
OVI: Detroit Avenue
Officers stopped a vehicle at 2:25 a.m. March 3 at Detroit and Marlowe avenues. They arrested the male driver for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and having an open container.
Theft: Winchester Avenue
A woman called the police at 5:55 p.m. on March 1 to report a package that was delivered to her was open when she arrived home.
Breaking and entering: Berea Road
Officers at 6:40 p.m. Feb. 28 responded to a call about a burglary in process at a commercial building on Berea Road. Officers found a possible entry point on the east side of the building. They arrested an adult male on charges including breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.
