Well now, thanks to one very generous couple, you have a chance of winning this charming Italian property.
Jon and Annmarie Nurse are currently raffling off their four-bedroom, three bathroom vacation home located in Garfagnana, a rural region in Tuscany. While the impressive home is worth $517,000 (£400,000), those interested can test their luck out for much less. Raffle tickets are going for a cool a $32 (£25) on the sweepstake's official website, aptly named: WinHousesinItaly.com.

According to Insider, the couple purchased the home 11 years ago and spent the past eight years renovating it. They came up with the idea to raffle it off for such a low price while self-isolating over the past few months. "There was a lot of news about people struggling and we just thought, 'You know what, why don't we do something where we can make a bit of a difference?' and the one thing we had was property," Jon told the outlet.
The home is equipped with a swimming pool, bountiful gardens filled with fruit trees, and an al fresco dining courtyard. Inside, the quaint and cozy home will make you feel like you’re in Under the Tuscan Sun. The master suite even boasts what the website refers to as a "Juliet Balcony."

To make the deal even sweeter, the winner of the home will be off the hook for paying the mortgage, as well as "other encumbrances at the promoter’s expense and including all fees charges and Italian house purchase taxes,” as stated in the official rules. Expenses for two flights abroad, a two day rental car, and two nights at a hotel in the area will also be covered.
Just in case you needed one more reason to enter, Jon also told Insider that the couple plans to donate up to $64,600 (£50,000) from the raffle proceeds to The Children's Society, a charity based in England and Wales. The deadline to enter is January 29, 2021. According to the official rules, entries will be capped at 20,000. You can read more about the home as well as enter the raffle here.
