Shape Your Future and Tulsa Kids have partnered to host the 2021 Healthy Kids Cooking Contest. It is important that kids learn to choose healthy options at a young age to create positive habits for a lifetime. What better way than to create their own masterpiece filled with healthy ingredients? Let the most delicious, nutritious recipe win!
Kids 14 and younger are encouraged to submit their own original recipes. Fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy are sure to make their dish outstanding. Recipes will be judged based on taste, creativity, originality and healthful ingredients. The winner will be announced in the TulsaKids August issue with a featured story and photo. Just be sure to submit your recipe before June 20th.

By participating in this event, you agree that Shape Your Future and TulsaKids have the right to send you emails and use your contest photos for promotional purposes.
Terms and conditions:
Entries will be accepted no later than June 20, 2021. Participants must have the consent of their mom/dad or guardian in order to win and must fill out their parent’s information above. Winner will be announced in the September issue of TulsaKids Magazine.
