Trucks – UNOH 200 presented by Ohio Logistics (7:30 p.m. ET Thursday on FS1)
Thirty-eight trucks are entered for the opening playoff race for the series. Austin Hill won the regular season championship.
One more race, one more playoff spot.
The Xfinity Series will hold its regular-season finale Friday at Bristol Motor Speedway (7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN) and solidify its 12 driver playoff field.
More: Cup standings after Richmond
Following the doubleheader at Richmond Raceway, Brandon Brown holds the final playoff spot. After finishing 18th and 11th in Richmond, Brown has a 49-point advantage over Jeremy Clements.
Here is a look at the Xfinity standings after Richmond. Drivers shaded in green are locked in the playoffs. Drivers shaded in yellow are in a playoff spot based on their point total. Those shaded in red are outside a playoff spot.
One race remains in the first round of the Cup playoffs. The Cup standings after Richmond show that only three drivers are locked into the second round.
The series heads to Bristol Motor Speedway (7:30 p.m. ET Saturday on NBCSN) with Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin locked in. Harvick and Keselowski have locked in spots via wins in this round. Hamlin secured a playoff spot via points last weekend at Richmond.
More: Battle for final transfer spot goes to Bristol
Clint Bowyer holds the final transfer spot with a three-point advantage over William Byron.
Byron is followed by Cole Custer (-8 points), Matt DiBenedetto (-25 points) and Ryan Blaney (-27 points).

Forget about scenarios and who needs to finish where in next weekend’s cutoff race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Clint Bowyer is succinct about what he needs to do to advance to the second round.
“We’ve got to be great,” he said after finishing 10th Saturday night at Richmond Raceway.
Bowyer holds the final transfer spot to the second round of the playoffs by three points on William Byron. Cole Custer trails Bowyer by eight points. Matt DiBenedetto trails Bowyer by 25 points, and Ryan Blaney trails Bowyer by 27 points.
MORE: Brad Keselowski wins at Richmond
On Bowyer’s side is that he finished second at Bristol in May.
“That’s a good track for us and a lot of fun and a track that I feel like I can win at some day, so there’s nothing to be scared about going to a track like that,” he said. “You’ve just got to go there and have fun with it like you always do on a short track and race your asses off. Hopefully that will be enough.”
Byron fell out of a transfer spot by placing 21st at Richmond, worst among the 16 playoff drivers.
“We ran horrible (Saturday night) and no excuse for that,” Byron said. “It was really kind of a slow death the entire race. So we’ll go to Bristol and regroup for that one.”
Byron struggled early. He was seventh on Lap 60. Byron fell to 16th on Lap 75 and was not a factor the rest of the race.
“It seemed like every time that we entered the corner with any sort of brake pressure at all, we were pretty much locking the left front and sliding across the track,” Byron said. “We were really tight in. Typically, you’re loose in here and we were extremely tight into the corner, locking the left front up and having to get off the brake as quick as possible to keep the front tires turning. That just doesn’t make a lot of speed and anytime we tried to go any faster than that. We were just killing the front tires off the car.
“Pretty much just had to run around there about 80 percent most of the time and try to have something for the end of a run. But typically, we just fell off like a rock at the end of each run that we had to run out to our pit stop. With no cautions, it kind of is what it is.”
Custer finished 14th Saturday. He looks for a strong run next week at Bristol to advance in his first Cup playoff experience.
“I have mixed feelings about that,” he said about Bristol. “The first race I thought we were good. The All-Star Race I thought we struggled a little bit, so I think it’s a place I’ve had success at in the past. It’s just you’ve got to hit it perfect and we don’t have any practice.”
Here are the Richmond winners and losers from the weekend:
WINNERS
Brad Keselowski — He dominated New Hampshire, talked about his high expectations for Richmond and followed through with a strong performance in the same car for his fourth victory of the season. He plans to have that car again at Phoenix. If he’s in the championship race, the car could be what gets Keselowski to a second Cup title.
Austin Dillon — Finishes fourth to score back-to-back top-five finishes for the first time in his Cup career. Heck of a way to open the playoffs. He seems in position to advance to the second round, something he hasn’t done the last two times he was in the playoffs.
Joey Logano — Joins Austin Dillon as the only drivers to score top fives in each of the first two playoff races.
Justin Allgaier — He swept the weekend at Richmond, winning both Xfinity races and scoring 12 out of a possible 14 playoff points. He’s building momentum for the playoffs with one race left in the Xfinity regular season.
LOSERS
Ryan Blaney — He had never finished better than 17th in a Cup race at Richmond. That streak continued. He finished 19th. Blaney remains last in the playoff standings. He’s 27 points out of the final transfer spot, meaning he likely needs to win next week at Bristol or his playoffs will be over.
Matt DiBenedetto — Again was a non-factor among the playoff field, finishing 17th. He’s 25 points out of the final transfer spot heading to Bristol.
William Byron — Finished 21st, worst among the 16 playoff drivers. Never was a factor. After the race, he said: “It was really kind of a slow death the entire race.”
